While open enrollment to purchase a Qualified Health Plan through Washington Healthplanfinder has closed, you may still be eligible to get enrolled. If you had trouble getting enrolled before the Feb. 15 deadline, or you didn’t know about the tax penalty for not having health insurance, you can still sign up. The special enrollment period to enroll in 2015 coverage lasts until April 17.
